YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about quality assurance and team leadership?
We’re looking for a Test Manager to lead our testing activities in the broadband domain, focusing on firmware validation for customer-premises equipment.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and support a team of testers working across agile projects, ensuring that the software provided by our client meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
You’ll play a key role in defining testing strategies, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage testing efforts for software delivered by external partners.
Define and implement effective test strategies aligned with project and client goals.
Mentor and coordinate a team of testers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Promote and integrate test automation tools and practices.
Ensure quality across all phases of the testing lifecycle.
Maintain clear and structured documentation of testing activities.

YOUR PROFILE

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC/STLC.
Experience with different testing types (regression, exploratory, UAT, etc.).
Familiarity with agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
Fluency in English.
