Who will you be joining?

Organizational Business Transformation (OBT), as part of Β Organizational Management (OM), is the team responsible for business analysis in projects or major application changes, acting as Β facilitator between business departments (focusing on NatCat teams), enterprise architects Β and IT Application Development.
Effective test management builds an essential part of developing high quality software and processes, as also required as per local regulations. In this environment the Test Manager contributes to the implementation of the target processes and IT platforms by coordinating testing phases while taking into consideration the big picture at OM level (ensuring alignment with the rest of OM scope, documenting and being the gatekeeper for all risks, compliance, legal topics). Key business stakeholders will be the NatCat team and related project organization in Munich.
