Job Description: -
1. Good experience in Insurance domain (General Insurance) is a must i.e. should have good knowledge of Claims (CMS) application
2. Power BI Reporting & Data analysis & data testing background is a must have.
3. Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills i.e. Needs to be outspoken & able to interact with different vendors & business stakeholders.
4. Should be able to manage other vendor test team members.
3. Good Experience of Test Planning, co-ordination & Management. Should be able to form the Test Approach & give direction to team to guide them
4. Good Experience of UAT Planning & Management (UAT co-ordination).
5. Should be able to Monitor, Track and do Status Reporting of large-scale projects.
6. Should be able to schedule project reviews, audits, and track resulting actions.
7. Exposure to all stages of Software Testing Life Cycle is a must.
8. Act as a primary point of contact for Testing
9. Needs to ensure Testers have the correct accesses & permissions β communicate requirements to Administrator prior to testing.
10. Resolve issues, clarify test steps, and provide guidance to Testers where necessary.
11. Provide daily updates to Project manager/Scrum Master and Stakeholders
12. Triage defects to appropriate tech teams.
13. Excellent analytical, communication, presentation & people management skills.
14. Excellent client relationship management, team building skills, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
Technical Skills:
β’ Power BI (Must) Tableau (preferred)
β’ Data Analysis, Migration / ETL Testing (Must)
β’ Web application Testing (Must)
β’ API testing experience (Preferred), SOAP UI/Postman - Preferred
β’ Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
β’ Expertise in Jira
β’ Basic understanding automation testing processes & tools (Selenium, Tosca)
β’ Should have basic understanding performance testing processes & tools (Jmeter / Loadrunner)
