Test Manager
1. As a Test Manager / QA Test Lead, you will: <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>
- Lead and manage end -to -end testing activities across projects within Agile and multidisciplinary team environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate and oversee all testing roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the team.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop comprehensive test plans, testing strategies, and detailed work plans for engagements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Execute and supervise planned test cases, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of test results.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare quality assessments, reports, and testing metrics to track progress and performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Formulate Go/No -Go recommendations based on test progress, defect analysis, and quality metrics.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure the delivery of high -quality testing outcomes aligned with project objectives and expectations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support and drive both manual and automated testing processes to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>2. What You Bring to the Table:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>- Overall 6β8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership role.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and mentoring testing teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong experience in test planning, test strategy development, and execution management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Solid understanding of manual testing processes and test automation practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Hands -on experience working in Agile environments with cross -functional teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in defect tracking and quality metrics preparation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Fluent in English (no additional local language requirement).<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and high -quality deliverables.<\/span>
