Are you an IT professional with testing experience in banking or financial services, looking for a client-facing role in an international environment?
We are looking for German-speaking Testing Specialists and Test Managers to join our expanding CIO Advisory & Cloud team.
As our Testing Specialist / Test Manager, you will help shape and deliver high‑quality testing solutions for financial services clients in the DACH region. You will collaborate with international teams and directly with German‑speaking stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex implementation and transformation projects in the banking and insurance sectors.
Collaborating with international teams from SK, CZ, DE (and offshore locations) to deliver testing and quality assurance services for banking and insurance clients.
Engaging directly with German‑speaking stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into test approaches, test cases and clear reporting.
Designing, executing and documenting test cases, managing defects and ensuring transparent test reporting.
Depending on your seniority, supporting or leading test management activities: test planning, coordination of test execution, monitoring progress and ensuring the quality of test documentation.
Participating in diverse projects that span system, operational and financial aspects, and ensuring thorough testing across these areas.
Travel for training and collaboration is possible – for example, initial training or regular visits to Prague or Germany, depending on project needs.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT testing (for Testing Specialist) or 5+ years including leading testing activities/teams (for Test Manager), ideally on mid‑ to large‑scale implementation projects in banking, insurance or financial services.
German language skills at C1 level for regular communication with DACH region clients.
English at C1 level for communication within the international team and documentation.
Specialized expertise based on your role:
For Testing Specialists:
Hands-on experience with test case design, execution and documentation.
Experience with defect management and test reporting.
For Test Managers:
Proven experience in defining and aligning test strategies for projects.
Experience in test planning and coordination, managing testing teams and stakeholders, and providing clear progress and quality reporting.
Experience with some of the following test-relevant tools:
Azure DevOps, Micro Focus ALM, Xray, Selenium, UiPath, SoapUI, Confluence, Tricentis Tosca.
(Preferred) Experience with test automation:
For Testing Specialists: first experience scripting in Java, Gherkin, C#, Python, etc.
For Test Managers: experience in leading or coordinating test automation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain testing topics and risks to both business and IT audiences.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for training and collaboration across the region.
Familiarity with ITIL-like or structured IT environments is an advantage.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB (and for managers, project management certifications) are considered a plus.

Final salary is subject to seniority and position. From 2 000 EUR/gross/monthly for more junior profiles (Testing Specialist).
For candidates with many years of experience (especially Test Managers), the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.
