We are looking forward to hireΒ ServiceNow Professionals in the following areas :

Β 

  • 8-11 years of experience in testing of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
  • Must have Automation and UFT experience
  • Must have experience in Automation frameworks development and enhancements
  • Experience with Testing of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
  • Experience with defect Management tools (HP ALM/JIRA etc)
  • Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Agile Development/Methodologies.
  • Must have good exposure to metrics capturing, report generation and dashboard
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in any application.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team focused environment across multiple projects
  • Exposer of working with a demanding customer
  • Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Good knowledge on excel for comparing huge datasets
