- 8-11 years of experience in testing of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules in ServiceNow.
- Must have Automation and UFT experience
- Must have experience in Automation frameworks development and enhancements
- Experience with Testing of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
- Experience with defect Management tools (HP ALM/JIRA etc)
- Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
- Experience in Agile Development/Methodologies.
- Must have good exposure to metrics capturing, report generation and dashboard
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in any application.
- Good oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team focused environment across multiple projects
- Exposer of working with a demanding customer
- Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
- Experience in leading a team
- Good knowledge on excel for comparing huge datasets
