β’ Use advanced tools to interpret results, identify trends, and generate detailed test reports. Oversee the collection,
interpretation, and documentation of test data, providing comprehensive reports and insights to project
stakeholders.
β’ Provide feedback on test results to inform design modifications and system improvements.
β’ Work closely with design, development, and validation teams to refine testing parameters and improve vehicle
performance.
β’ Ensure the lab's test procedures and equipment meet industry and regulatory standards. Oversee calibration and
maintenance of chassis dynamometers and related equipment.
β’ Stay updated on new testing technologies and methodologies, incorporating relevant advancements to enhance
lab capabilities.
β’ Work closely with design, powertrain, and R&D teams to align testing strategies with development goals and project
timelines.
β’ Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment and related instrumentation.
Requirements
β’ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in testing. Testing experience in laboratory environment is
preferred
β’ Technical Skills: Proficiency with testing systems, vehicle data acquisition tools, and performance analysis
software.
β’ Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and strong leadership skills to manage a
diverse team.
β’ Certification: Relevant industry certifications in automotive testing or engineering (preferred).
β’ Knowledge and understanding in ISO 9001, ISO 17025 systems is a plus
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & analysis tools
β’ Strong communication skills - English language - speak , read and write
