- Validate features manually and with automation
- Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with the development team, and analyze the root causes for the issues
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to get requirements
- Design comprehensive test plans for new features, factoring in technical details and the customer experience
- Triage for any discrepancies, as well as monitor and drive customer issues
- Complete both documented and ad hoc testing to ensure high-quality releases
- Bring up, perform regular maintenance, and debugging of test setups and scripts
