Job Description Department /部署名 QE&A Name of position/ ポジション名 Test Manager Department description/ 部署の説明 Quality Engineering and Assurance Job details/業務内容 *need to be as specific as possible/できるだけ詳細に Strong Japanese Bilingual, Good in Communication (Read, Speak and Write) Understands the product & technical design docs, complex algorithm to create test case Experience in designing test strategy, planning and management for applicable testing services Expertise in test automation frameworks for different layers of applications (UI/API/Data/Forms) in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Rest Assured, etc. Working experience in Scrum (agile)methodology and able to understand Requirements, User Stories and capable of generating all types of Positive tests, Negative tests, Failover scenarios, back-out tests, cross platform, cross browser etc. Good in Orchestration tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Hudson etc), Source code management (GitHub, TFS, etc) ,Release management/Build management (Ant, Maven) and Build automation (Gradle) Hands on experience in troubleshooting the issues and creating POCs or POVs during an automation assessment. Experience of managing of test data, database schemas, web service protocols, architectural patterns, and physical implementation of Software, Hardware and network layers Maintaining an expert level awareness of relevant software design techniques, automation tools and processes, development tools and processes, providing leadership in the use of these across the organization area. Knowledge of programming languages: Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, is required to write and maintain automated test scripts. Understanding of software development processes: A good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is required. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
