We are looking for QA Engineer who have experience working with AI products and are open to such innovations for our current and future projects! We are specifically looking for people who have experience working with AI tools and open to such innovations. Meanwhile, we are ready to offer assignments on ongoing AI-related internal projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial QA experience;
- Experience with API testing;
- AI-First Mindset (If your instinct is to use AI tools first and then write or refine the result, then you are welcome.);
- Experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git;
- Familiarity with backend testing, including API-level test automation (Postman, REST Assured, etc);
- Understanding of MCP and A2A protocols;
- Familiarity with RAG approaches;
- Intermediate English.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Playwright and one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript;
- Commercial experience on AI-related projects;
- Experience of working with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. PyTest, Jest, Cypress etc.);
- Understanding client-server architecture;
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven IDEs (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) and agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of web applications and APIs to validate functionality, reliability, and integration across frontend user flows and backend services;
- Leverage AI tools as the primary approach to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites;
- Research and evaluate new open-source AI solution repositories to determine their relevance, integration feasibility, and potential value for our products;
- End-to-End Quality Assurance: Perform backend testing including API automation, integrate tests into CI pipelines, and ensure seamless deployment quality;
- Utilize AI-first methodologies to optimize testing workflows, identify edge cases, and enhance test coverage through intelligent automation approaches;
- Work closely with development teams to establish quality gates, provide detailed test reports, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
