Quality Assurance & Operational Execution
β’ Build and maintain practical quality control processes, risk matrices, and verification routines.
β’ Perform day-to-day quality checks and testing activities to ensure teams are following established procedures.
β’ Monitor adherence to documented processes and identify areas requiring intervention or additional controls.
β’ Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the business.
SLA & Performance Management
β’ Monitor operational outputs and identify potential risks before they impact clients or service commitments.
β’ Investigate errors, process failures, and control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
β’ Support the business in maintaining high service standards and operational integrity.
β’ Ensure operational processes consistently support contractual obligations and service delivery expectations.
Reporting & Executive Engagement
β’ Analyse quality metrics, audit findings, and performance trends.
β’ Prepare clear, concise, and impactful management reports and presentations.
β’ Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
β’ Provide visibility into operational performance and contribute to strategic decision-making through meaningful reporting and insights.
