We are looking for a motivated
Associate SQA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about software testing and automation and eager to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and report defects clearly
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements
- Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Familiarity with any automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#) is a plus
- Basic understanding of API testing and databases is desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Internship or academic project experience in QA or Automation
