**Job Overview: Quality Assurance Analyst (Mandaluyong)**
**Requirements:**
- More than 2 years of experience in Technical Customer Success or as an Implementation Specialist.
- Familiarity with SaaS and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN).
**Responsibilities:**
- Act as the customer-facing representative for Ooma Enterprise, ensuring a consistent, timely, and high-quality customer service experience.
- Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, which includes provisioning, installation, and configuration of the product.
- Guide new customers through a defined onboarding process, helping them to use Ooma Enterprise products confidently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues or escalate them as necessary.
- Set customer expectations, communicate internally to keep tasks on track, and provide recommendations to minimize risks and prevent delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Sales and Engineering) to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications, and identify opportunities to introduce new products or services to clients.
