About the Position:
QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite
Start Date: Immediate
Support Type: Voice
Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu
Shift & Rest Days: 24/7 schedule
Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college degree
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager in a travel or telecommunications voice account
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Experience in direct client management
- Experience in retail or healthcare lines of business is not required or preferred
