E2E Test Lead

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

• Review business and technical requirements, identify test approaches, plan E2E tests
• Coordinate E2E testing for different releases
• Design and implement E2E Test scenarios and cases
• Execute tests, report results including defects
• Provide clear visibility to E2E testing progress and proactively engage with all stakeholders
• Provide support and coaching for other E2E test engineers

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Good hands-on testing experience (test design and test execution)
• Experience from testing in complex integrated environment with multiple applications
• Banking / Cards /Payments domain understanding is must. Understanding of banking architecture (Batch runs, multiple integration technologies etc.
• Technical – able to communicate with development teams, architects, test environment people to define testing scope and test environments to be used for testing
• Experience working with SAFe/ Agile
• Fluent communication in English. Smoothly working with teams who are distributed globally (Nordics, Poland, India)
• Proactive – able to speak up, challenge, search for solution to problems
• Drive / sense of urgency – understand when there is need for quick solutions to problems, act based on that
• Strong problem solving experience and attitude
• Ability to coach team members
