Key responsibilities:Β 

  • Develop quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirementsΒ 

  • Estimating testing efforts and executing within the agreed timelineΒ 

  • Perform manual and automated testing to support our team build digital products with an impactΒ 

  • Spotting system usability and practical issues, paying attention to user experience (UX) and suggesting ideas for seamless client experience (CX)Β 

  • Assists developers in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysisΒ 

  • Conduct post implementation testingΒ 

  • Coordinating with business analystsΒ 

  • Reporting to project stakeholders regarding QC status and system readiness to roll outΒ 

  • Continually developing your skills and knowledgeΒ 

Requirements:Β 

  • University Degree in Computer Science or a related areaΒ 

  • At least 01 year experience in a quality assurance or a related roleΒ 

  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilityΒ 

  • Proactive and self-motivatedΒ 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to work in a teamΒ 

  • Fast learner with dedication to personal developmentΒ 

  • Basic coding knowledgeΒ 

  • Experience with web applicationsΒ 

  • Experience with API testing is a plusΒ 

  • Working command of spoken and written English and VietnameseΒ
