Graduate QA Engineer (Automation & Cloud Focus)

We’re looking for a curious and motivated Graduate QA Engineer who’s passionate about quality, automation, and modern cloud‑based platforms. If you love solving problems, breaking things (in the best way), and working with cutting‑edge tech, this role is your chance to build a strong foundation in both QA engineering and cloud‑native testing practices.

What You’ll Do:

As a Graduate QA Engineer, you will:

  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to understand requirements and validate features.
  • Write and execute test cases, perform exploratory testing, and support release cycles.
  • Build and maintain automated tests for cloud‑hosted web and API services (using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
  • Assist in testing systems deployed on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), including validating microservices, serverless functions, API gateways, and cloud workflows.
  • Help implement AI‑assisted testing workflows, using AI tools for test‑case creation, data generation, and failure pattern analysis.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and quality gates.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA improvements.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and document defects with clear detail.
  • Learn modern cloud QA practices such as containerized testing, environment provisioning, observability for test analysis, and reliability testing.
  • Grow in a supportive environment with mentoring from experienced QA, automation, and cloud engineers.

Who You Are:

You're a great fit if you have:

  • A recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (we’re open to diverse academic backgrounds).
  • A passion for quality, automation, cloud technologies, and continuous learning.
  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar).
  • Understanding of fundamental testing concepts and SDLC.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to explore and experiment.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Not required, but great if you have experience with:

  • Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman/Newman)
  • CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Containerization (Docker) and understanding of Kubernetes basics
  • API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or cloud-native test utilities
  • SQL basics and database understanding
  • Performance testing tools (JMeter, k6)
  • Background or coursework in accounting, helpful for validating financial workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding or QA tools
