Test Engineer

Do you enjoy making sure every component of a system works perfectly together? Join PEMCCO as an Integration & Test Engineer II, where you’ll perform subsystem and component-level integration and testing for mission systems. In this role, you’ll validate design compliance and operational performance within test environments, helping ensure reliable and mission-ready solutions.

Essential FunctionsΒ 

    • Execute functional and regression testing per approved plans.
    • Operate test equipment and record results.
    • Support automated testing and data collection scripts.
    • Participate in defect triage and root-cause analysis.
    • Document test results and update requirements traceability matrices.
    • Coordinate with engineering teams on anomaly resolution.
    • Maintain test logs and evidence for RMF compliance.

    CompetenciesΒ  Β 

      • Knowledge of automated test tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
      • Attention to detail and data accuracy.

        Required Qualifications

          • Bachelor’s in Engineering or IT.
          • Four (4)+ years of integration/test experience.
          • Active Secret clearance; Security + or equivalent.

          Preferred Qualifications

              • Familiarity with DevSecOps cATO environments.

              Compensation
              β€’ Β  $75 – $125 hourly,Β depending on experience, ability, and capability.
