ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for complex healthcare applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and excellent user experience in a regulated environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, data, and backend systems, focusing on healthcare payor workflows (member, eligibility, claims, billing, member management, etc.)
• Collaborate with analysts, subject matter experts, product owners and developers to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
• Manage defects using ServiceNow and Microfocus ALM.
• Conduct manual and automated regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for new and existing functionality/features.
• Write complex SQL queries for data validation, especially in multi-database environments.
• Integrate automated test into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document test scenarios, test cases, results, and quality metrics; provide timely feedback to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. 3+ years of QA automation experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare preferred.
