About the role

As aΒ Junior QA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are reliable, user-friendly, and meet the high standards our customers expect. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA team members to test new features, identify issues, and help deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.

What You Will Do

  • Test new features across web apps to ensure a smooth, bug-free experience
  • Execute manual test cases to validate product functionality and user experience
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and detail
  • Support regression and exploratory testing across web applications
  • Learn and begin contributing to automated test scripts as you grow in the role
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve our processes

What You Bring

  • 1- 3 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related role (internship or project experience counts!)
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and defect tracking
  • Familiarity with web applications and how users interact with them
  • Willingness to learn test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate issues and collaborate with the team
