We are seeking a driven and strategic JuniorQA EngineerΒ to build and lead all quality assurance efforts, ensuring our products are thoroughly tested, meet all requirements, and deliver an excellent user experience.
Job Responsibilities
Build structured QA processes, documentation, and reporting
Define and maintain test cases, regression plans, and test environments
Create actionable bug reports, analyze defect trends, and lead issue triage with developers and product managers
Evaluate and implement QA tooling (e.g., Testrail, Jira integrations)
Act as the voice of quality, ensuring functional excellence and a smooth user experience
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for complex web and mobile features
Establish scalable test documentation and QA workflows
Perform exploratory, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing
Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps
Evaluate and manage QA tooling (start lean, improve iteratively)
Collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements
Participate in sprint ceremonies, standups, backlog grooming, and retro
Analyze production issues and coordinate regression retests
Own QA metrics and defect trend analysis to guide product quality decisions
Job Requirements
1-3 years experience in QA for web-based SaaS or B2B platforms
Proven track record of independent test strategy development
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum, fast-paced environments
Skilled in exploratory testing and root-cause analysis
Familiar with Jira, Testrail (or equivalent), Postman, and test environments
Hands-on experience with test documentation tools (beyond Excel)
Experience reporting, escalating, and clarifying bugs between cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and decisive
API testing (Postman) and basic SQL validation
Experience with CI/CD and release testing workflows
