About the role

We are looking for motivated and proactive Junior QA Engineers to join our growing QA team. This role is designed for candidates who have recently completed a QA course and are ready to take their first steps into a professional QA career.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced QAs, developers, and product teams, gaining real-world experience in testing complex systems and learning industry best practices. Previous experience working as a QA, even if short or as part of a course project, will be considered a huge benefit.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply QA fundamentals in real projects.
• Execute manual test cases, exploratory testing, and functional and design checks.
• Log clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports.
• Collaborate with QA mentors and team members to refine testing approaches.
• Adapt quickly to different products, domains, and testing needs.
• Actively participate in team discussions, asking questions and sharing ideas.

Requirements

• Completed QA course (mandatory) with knowledge of basic testing concepts.
• Strong motivation to grow as a QA professional.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity to “break things.”
• Good communication skills – able to express ideas clearly in English (spoken & written).
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute.

• Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Exposure to test case design and bug tracking during your course or personal projects
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
