We’re looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our growing team! Job ResponsibilitiesΒ Β

Test Design:

  • Create detailed test cases and scenarios based on user stories and requirements.
  • Develop test data and prepare the test environment.

Manual Testing:

  • Execute test cases manually and record the outcomes.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not affect existing functionality.

Automation Testing:

  • Write and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Update and refactor test scripts as needed to accommodate changes in the application.

Liaising with Business Analysts:

  • Participate in requirement review meetings to understand the expected behavior of the application.
  • Clarify any ambiguities in the requirements with business analysts.
  • Ensure that test cases and scenarios align with business requirements.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Time management abilities.

Here is an outline of the hiring process:


Step 1: Small assessment up to 30 minutes

As a first step, we ask all candidates to complete a short test, which is parted to a 30-minute IQ assessment, to evaluate key skills relevant to the role. This will help us gain a better understanding of your abilities




Step 2: HR quick call

Based on your results, you may be invited to a up to 30-minute conversation with our HR team to discuss your expectations and fit for the role.



Step 3: Technical Interview

If you proceed, you will have a up to 1-hour technical interview with the hiring manager of the department to dive deeper into your expertise and the responsibilities of the role.


Final Results

Lastly, before making any final decisions, we will request from you to provide 2 contact references. Based on previous steps and references we will determine whether to send an offer.
