  • Build and maintain automation suites using AltTester and BrowserStack to maximize device coverage and efficiency.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and cases within TestRail.

  • Coordinate with Producers and Engineers to manage the "Live Ops" cycle, ensuring stability during events, patches, and store updates.

  • Work within Unity to assist in debugging, identifying performance bottlenecks, and validating assets.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years in Game QA, with at least 5+ years in a Lead role.

  • Proven track record with Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile games and Live Operations (handling real-time events and server-side updates).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AltTester (for Unity-based games) and BrowserStack (for device fragmentation testing).

  • Expert proficiency in TestRail for organizing and tracking large-scale test cycles.

  • Basic knowledge of the Unity Editor (e.g., navigating scenes, checking logs, or basic C# understanding) is a strong advantage.

  • Deep understanding of iOS (App Store Connect) and Android (Google Play Console) submission and testing requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, problem solver, and analytical abilities

  • Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Initiative and drive to do great things

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with performance testing (FPS, battery consumption, memory leaks) on low-to-high-end mobile devices.

  • Familiarity with back-end testing for multiplayer games or real-time leaderboards.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines as they relate to mobile game builds (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
