At Kapres Technology, we are looking for a Manhattan WMS QA Analyst to work for a multinational client, a leader in the logistics sector.
Job purpose:
The QA Analyst is responsible for functional and system testing of the Manhattan Active WMS, Manhattan Active OMS systems along with integration with integrating applications and customer ERP.
Validate endβtoβend warehouse and supply chain flows including:
Inbound / Outbound processing
Inventory Management
Wave planning & execution
Order management & fulfilment
Transportation planning & execution (for TM)
Perform integration testing with ERP (SAP / Oracle), MHE, and thirdβparty systems
Agile & Collaboration
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standβups, Reviews)
Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams
Support UAT cycles, defect triage, and production validation
Defect & Release Management
Log, track, and manage defects through closure
Validate fixes and support release signβoff
Ensure high quality during Manhattan Active frequent release cycles
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement test strategies: Create comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of testing, including functional, non-functional, performance, dry-run tests and security testing.
Validate end to end test scenarios
Log and record defects in JIRA or a tracker
Report testing progress and highlight risks
Maintain high standards of test execution, including documentation of test cases, results, and defect tracking.
Identify potential testing risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the project.
Continuously evaluate testing processes and practices and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
βͺ Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in IT testing,
Proven experience in Manhattan Active and Omni.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink, etc.).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Risk management and mitigation strategies.
Customer and results oriented.
Remote (USA-based).
