We are currently looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, to join one of our product teams at FIO SYSTEMS. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies, along with basic experience in test automation.
FIO SYSTEMS AG has been part of the Hypoport group since 2018 and specializes in providing web-based business software solutions. The products cover all processes in the areas of real estate management and marketing, virtual banking, and claim management. FIO was established in 1999 in Leipzig and opened its office in Sofia in 2002.ย
Your responsibilities:ย
โข ย ย Analyze functional and non-functional requirementsย
โข ย ย Perform extensive manual testing for new features and create test cases
โข ย ย Identify, reproduce, report, and track software bugs
โข ย ย Perform regression testingย
โข ย ย Take part in the release approval process
โข ย ย Research and share new practices, tools, and technologies to increase QA efficiency
โข ย ย Tightly collaborate with the QAs, developers, and product ownersย
What we expect:ย
โข ย ย 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
โข ย ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the root causes of failures and defects
โข ย ย Attention to detail and strong self-organizational skills
โข ย ย Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
โข ย ย Excellent written and spoken English
โข ย ย Knowledge of German would be considered an advantage.
