We are looking for aΒ Quality TesterΒ with at least 3 years of manual testing experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented, with strong expertise in API testing, ISTQB certification, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires good communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and a collaborative mindset to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manual TestingΒ Design, execute, and manage manual test cases for functional, UI, and regression testing. Ensure thorough test coverage across all aspects of the software. Validate defect fixes and perform detailed exploratory testing.
- API Testing (nice to have)Β Perform comprehensiveΒ API testingΒ using tools such asΒ PostmanΒ or equivalent. Create and execute test cases to validate API responses, functionality, and performance.
- Bug Reporting & DocumentationΒ Identify and report bugs clearly using tools likeΒ JiraΒ or similar. Maintain detailed test case documentation and provide meaningful feedback to the development team.
- Collaboration & CommunicationΒ Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure quality standards. Contribute to team discussions, offering insights to improve testing strategies and processes.
- Proactivity & ImprovementΒ Suggest enhancements to testing methodologies and processes. Stay updated with testing best practices and industry trends to drive quality improvements.
Skills & Experience
- 3 our more years of manual testing experience.
- Experience with TeamCenter.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- ISTQB CertificationΒ (Foundation Level or higher).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)Β for clear and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and testing tools likeΒ JiraΒ orΒ Xray.
