Manual Tester with Automation experience

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications – with an immediate start. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manual testing, is capable of navigating complex business domains, and brings some hands-on experience in test automation. You will work as part of a collaborative, remote-first team to deliver stable, well-tested solutions that support real-world operational needs.

What you’ll be testing:

• A complex, data-heavy, business-critical application, continuously evolving with new features.

• A smaller tool that supports hotel and transfer bookings for delayed or stranded crew members.

Both applications are built on Microsoft technologies, with SharePoint as a common backend, so familiarity with Microsoft environments is a strong plus.

• Solid manual testing experience, including requirement mapping, scenario design, and defect identification.

• Ability to understand business workflows, identify edge cases, and ensure proper test coverage.

• Strong communication and self-management skills – someone who can ramp up quickly and work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

• Some hands-on test automation experience (e.g. Robot Framework, Ranorex, or similar tools). While the current focus is on manual testing, the goal is to gradually kick-start automation – and we want you to be part of that.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe-style planning, quarterly PIs, Azure DevOps task tracking).

• Fluent English – you’ll be working in an international team where all communication is in English.

• Fully remote position – very occasional in-person attendance might be needed for special events, but otherwise, you can work from anywhere.
