What to do:

  • Collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire user story, ensuring a unified approach to delivering market-ready software at the end of each Sprint.
  • Create well-structured and comprehensive test cases, with a focus on quality and thoroughness.β€―
  • Execute automated test scripts using open-source tools to identify and eliminate bugs before they reach production.β€―
  • Contribute to the overall code quality by writing clean, readable, and well-documented code.β€―
  • Engage in Agile methodologies, actively participating in Scrum teams, and working alongside developers and business analysts.

You check these boxes:

  • At leastΒ a 4 years of professional experienceΒ in software development and QA, with a deep understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming, particularly in Kotlin or Java.β€―
  • Skilled in mobile testing (automation), with hands-on experience using tools like Appium.β€―
  • A strong advocate for quality, with the ability to independently solve problems and make informed decisions about testing outcomes.
  • You are passionate about learning, and want to help others learn too.
  • Communication and leadership skills with the openness for feedback.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Being open-minded, dedicated and passionate about what you do.
  • Respecting the challenges that others deal with, while strive to help the team reach its goals and potential.
  • Expressing your values and opinions and articulating them in fluent English.
