Job Description Summary 

We are looking for Test Manager who has experience testing Oracle application, with a expertise in strategy, planning, execution, and defect management in a Testing as a Service (TaaS) model, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancement, with a focus on Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Strategic Ledger modules. This role will require experience and capability in develop, own, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle ERP modules, configuration, Test data creation, performing proof of concept, building user training materials and supporting testing milestones. 
 
Qualifications and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Overall, 7+ years of Experience in Testing of Oracle ERP testing for R2R, P2P, and GL modules. 

• 1+ years of experience leading testing teams or managing test workstreams in Oracle ERP Cloud 

• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP process flows, integration points, and best practices for financial modules 

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and automation, ensuring full coverage of business scenarios and compliance requirements 

• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, especially General Ledger (GL), R2R, P2P, and Strategic Ledger  

• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting for Oracle ERP is highly desirable 

• Coordinate cross-functional testing teams (onsite/offshore), manage resource allocation, and oversee daily testing operations and progress tracking 

• Analyze business and functional requirements, translate them into test scenarios, and ensure traceability from requirements to test results 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. 

• Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Cloud Financials  

• Good knowledge is validating Test financial close, consolidation, reporting, and reconciliation processes for R2R 

• Experience in validating and creating procurement, invoice processing, payment, and integration with GL in P2P 

• Experience in configuration, reporting, and compliance for multi-entity and multi-currency GL 

• End to end implementation experience in oracle cloud / ERP applications. 

• Drive defect management for defect logging, track, report, and ensure timely resolution of defects, collaborating closely with development and functional team 

• Support deployment planning, cut-over activities, and post-production validation for Oracle ERP releases and enhancements  

• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata management 

• Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders and project leadership 

• Hand on experience in any of the Test management tool like Jira, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Rally 

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. 

• Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently and Mentor, guide, and review work of junior testers  

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and the persistence to apply different techniques to get the job done.
