Job Description:-
Mandatory Skills:
β’ Windows desktop and server
o Windows 7, 10
o Windows Server 2003, 2008 or higher
β’ Network protocols
o TCP/IP, DHCP, SIP/RTP
β’ Systems integration and test
β’ Test planning, test case development, execution and reporting
β’ Protocol analysis and troubleshooting, using Wireshark, Agilent, IRIS and/or other networking tools
β’ HP ALM/QC, Jira, Bugzilla or other test and defect tracking tools
β’ Performance/stability testing and test automation
β’ Microsoft SQL 2008 or higher
β’ Experience in VoIP products and technologies
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
β’ Hand-on experience in server room (racking, cabling)
β’ Public Safety (911 and E911)
β’ Experience with E911 call handling equipment (PSAP CPE), including setup and testing e.g.,
o Intrado/West Viper
o Cassidian/Airbus
o microDATA /TCS
o Solacom Guardian
o Interact
β’ Familiarity with next generation 911 Services β ESInet
