QA Analyst (Fulltime-Onsite; Monday to Friday/ 9 to 5)

Reporting to QA Supervisor
Job Description:
- Oversee quality assurance for golf bags, luggage, and accessory items (including gloves) throughout the production cycle.
- Perform in-line inspections to monitor production quality and identify potential issues early in the process.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure all finished goods meet required specifications, standards, and client expectations.
- Implement and maintain a process-driven approach to quality control, ensuring consistency and adherence to SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on inspection findings.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and collaborate with suppliers to eliminate recurring issues.
- Manage and evaluate monthly supplier performance, including quality assessments, improvement tracking, and compliance reviews.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement in production and quality performance.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, CAP documentation, and quality-related records for internal review and client reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a QA Analyst, with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar product (just bags/backpack is good, for sports even better).
- Experience in quality system/ QMS, inline & final inspection
- High-level QA specialist.
- Bags-related QA experience, Sports goods background preferred.
- Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) is necessary.
