- Will demonstrate high level of customer focus and delivery
- Will conduct Quality assessment of work done by agents
- Responsible for Training/ Up-skilling/ TNA
- Interact with clients
- Mentor trainees effectively as necessary
- Keep oneself and ensures ones team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
- Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Tenured agents with 3+ years with relevant QA exposure
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic and operational knowledge on internet
- Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanisms
- Excellent knowledge of timeline
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good time management and multi tasking skills
- Leadership skills and situation handling skills
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate
- Experience in similar role may be required in specific programs with varying years of experience
