QA Analyst (Mid‑Level) – iGaming Industry

Hybrid in Malta – 2 days on‑site (Mon & Tue), 3 days remote

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and structured QA Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will identify issues early, validate solutions, and help deliver a seamless experience to millions of users worldwide.
You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, UX, and other teams to ensure every feature meets high‑quality standards before release.

What You Will Do

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and scenarios
• Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and accurately
• Validate fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Support release cycles by ensuring features are stable and production‑ready

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst / Software Tester (manual testing)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to communicate issues clearly and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Experience with Jira
• Experience in iGaming or regulated industries is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Malta (no visa sponsorship)

• 3+ years QA experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Manual testing background
