QA Engineer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality through thorough manual testing, test automation, dashboard validation, and performance testing across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and system testing across applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or equivalent tools.
- Execute and validate API testing using appropriate tools.
- Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
- Validate analytics and dashboard data accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or HPQC.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in release planning, test planning, and test case reviews.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4β5 years of hands-on experience in software testing (Manual + Automation).
- Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and techniques.
- Expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing.
- Experience in Performance/Load Testing using JMeter.
- Proficiency with Test Management & Defect Tracking tools β Jira, HPQC, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Analytics/Dashboard testing domains.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
