Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Lead to drive the quality strategy and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and defect-free software product. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, define testing processes, and collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA team across manual and automation testing.

  • Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics.

  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

  • Drive automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and release cycles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend continuous improvement measures.

  • Ensure timely delivery of releases with minimal production defects.

  • Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

Β 

  • 6–10 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Java, TestNG).

  • Understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

  • Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in SaaS or fintech domain preferred.
