QA Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the implementation and oversight of quality management systems on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing the Quality Management Plan, ensuring adherence to data recording processes, and driving continuous improvement across quality procedures.

Key responsibilities include overseeing QA inspections, reviewing construction documentation and survey data, developing site-specific procedures and tracking tools, and managing punch lists and NCRs. The role also involves site administration tasks such as monitoring daily reports, timesheets, deliveries, and maintaining registers and office supplies. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with site personnel and supervisors to address quality issues and promote best practices.

A solid understanding of HSE management plans and a commitment to safety are vital to this role. Reporting directly to the Site or Project Manager, this position plays a key part in ensuring high standards of quality and operational efficiency across the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

– Review and audit the Quality Management Plan and associated documentation

– Develop and maintain quality tracking sheets, site procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs/ITCs)

– Conduct and oversee QA inspections, including secondary checks on construction activities

– Manage punch lists, NCRs, and ensure effective close-out and record keeping

– Review construction sets and survey data, and liaise with survey teams and clients

– Oversee site deliveries, timesheets, daily reporting, and administrative registers

– Promote HSE compliance and contribute to a safety-first site culture
