About the Role
We are seeking a QA Lead to own the quality of all deliverables. You will create systems, checks, and feedback loops to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and client-ready. This role involves building a QA framework and managing the delivery process alongside development and research teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with developers and researchers to integrate QA processes effectively.
Define and enforce data quality standards across all deliverables (valid emails, no duplicates, correct enrichment, consistent formatting).
Create and maintain QA checklists, SOPs, and error logs.
Review outputs from automation, analysts, and researchers before delivery.
Log, categorize, and track errors; update processes to prevent recurrence.
Report on QA metrics, including error rates, turnaround time, and recurring issues.
Train analysts and researchers on error prevention best practices.
Requirements
3+ years in Quality Assurance, Data Operations, or Process Management.
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Experience creating QA systems, checklists, and structured error tracking.
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Airtable, Excel).
Clear communicator capable of enforcing standards and coaching team members.
Must-Have Experience
Familiarity with property data and record filings, including preforeclosures, divorce, probates, and other document types.
Understanding of legal descriptions and applications in property records.
Experience with high-volume, accuracy-critical data environments.
