We have teams of technical implementers providing installation and configuration of products with final customers in various parts of the world, as well as teams providing customer support.Β

Salary: from 2.600 EUR/month, depending on skills and experience + benefits. The final offer for the selected candidate will reflect the candidateΒ΄s comprehensive assessment, skills, and past work experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
- Strong focus on high product quality and reliable releases
- Interest and motivation to apply AIβenabled approaches to modern QA practices
- Ownership mindset towards product quality, aligned with Quality Expert (QE) principles
- Close collaboration with Tech Leads, Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery leads
- Technical leadership and mentoring of QA Engineers
- Contribution to a qualityβfirst culture, where quality is a shared responsibility

What youβll do
- Take ownership of product quality and act as a Quality Expert (QE) for your area
- Define and drive the quality approach and testing strategy together with Tech Leads and Architects
- Ensure quality standards and processes are understood and applied across teams
- Lead and coordinate functional, regression, and nonβfunctional testing
- Monitor and act on CI/CD quality signals, regression health, and release readiness
- Analyze escaped defects, quality risks, and trends, and drive preventive improvements
- Support quality across crossβteam initiatives and customerβreported issues
- Champion AIβassisted QA practices to improve efficiency and insight
- Mentor QA engineers and serve as a goβto person for quality topics

What youβll bring
- 3-5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing
- Good knowledge of Java, with experience using Selenium and/or Playwright
- Experience designing and reviewing automation tests
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory or similar)
- Experience working with relational databases (MSβSQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL)
- Handsβon experience testing RESTful APIs and Web Services
- Good understanding of SDLC / STLC
- Ability to define and execute test suites and regression strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across roles
- Curiosity and drive to learn and applyΒ AIβdriven QA techniques
