What You’ll Do

You will own quality at speed — ensuring we ship fast without breaking the product.

• Define and lead QA strategy across multiple game projects, ensuring high-risk areas have explicit test coverage and prioritization.
• Build a QA system that enables fast iteration and reliable releases while maintaining clear go/no-go status, risks, and evidence for sign-offs.
• Introduce and scale automated testing workflows, collaborating with AI engineers to build tools that accelerate validation
• Reduce QA cycles and regression duration while maintaining product stability.
• Identify risks early and involve yourself in refinement/design to catch issues before they impact releases
• Mentor QA Engineers, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and support hiring/onboarding to upskill the team
• Work closely with product, engineering, and design to maintain quality standards
• Ensure LiveOps updates are tested and shipped quickly and safely

What You Bring(Experience & Requirements)

• 4 to 7 years of QA experience, with a proven track record of leading QA for mobile games (casual or hybrid casual)
• Proven ability to design and maintain an automation strategy for regression and critical paths
• Experience improving frameworks, CI integration, and test infrastructure to ensure high "green run" stability and low flake rates.
• Experience performing root cause escape analysis and implementing actions to prevent recurrence
• Experience supporting LiveOps environments with frequent releases
• Strong understanding of both manual and automated testing approaches
• You think in systems—not just test cases—and prioritize test effectiveness by cleaning up low-value tests
• Strong stakeholder feedback from Dev/PM leads regarding your communication and partnership in alignment on scope and risks
• You’re comfortable working with tools and collaborating with engineers to improve testing pipelines
• You move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait for direction
• Comfortable with LiveOps environments, frequent releases, and AI-assisted workflows
