QA Lead| Performance Testing| India

We are looking for a Lead Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience to own performance testing strategy and execution for large-scale B2B and B2C web platforms in the automotive domain. This role requires strong hands-on performance testing expertise along with the ability to lead teams and engage directly with customer stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Define and own the overall performance testing strategy across programs
• Lead and mentor a team of performance test engineers
• Act as the primary performance testing point of contact for customer stakeholders
• Translate business and non-functional requirements into clear performance goals
• Review test results and guide teams on performance optimization and improvements
• Work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks

What We Are Looking For

• 10–12+ years of experience in performance testing with strong hands-on expertise
• Proven experience in a Lead / Manager role managing performance testing teams
• Strong hands-on experience scripting performance tests using k6 and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics
• Experience defining performance strategies for complex enterprise systems
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior customer and engineering stakeholders
