Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of a robust document control procedure, ensuring all critical documents within the Quality Management System (QMS) are approved, reviewed, and updated seamlessly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records to demonstrate adherence to the QMS, ensuring efficient identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention, and disposition of all quality documentation.
  • Regularly review the performance of the QMS to guarantee its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of quality control systems, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with top management to set, track, and review ambitious Quality Objectives that reflect our commitment to excellence.
  • Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by conducting periodic assessments, gathering feedback, and implementing impactful improvements.
  • Develop and oversee an internal audit program to verify compliance with planned arrangements, identify gaps, and ensure continuous conformance.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions when non-conformities are identified, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Supervision:

  • Directly supervise and mentor team members involved in quality assurance activities, fostering a proactive and engaged quality culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a customer product manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.
  • Strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BPCS or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within divisions and to other sites to support quality initiatives.
