Bdairy is an international dairy trading company active in global dairy markets. To support our team, we are looking for a QA Manager who ensures compliance with quality standards and supplier requirements and keeps our quality processes structured and well-organized.
In this role, you work closely with trade and operations, guide the QA team, and act as the central point of contact for quality within Bdairy. You are part of the management team and contribute to discussions on quality, risk, opportunities, and operational decisions. You:
Maintain and further develop the companyβs quality strategy and systems.
Promote continuous improvement
Take end responsibility for our BRC certification and guide audits
Build strong partnerships and act as the main quality contact for the Bdairy team members, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
Handle quality issues and claims, identify risks, and ensure proper follow-up to prevent potential issues.
Monitor and approve suppliers from a quality perspective and support business development
Work closely with trade and operations on quality-related topics and ensure good collaboration between teams.
Keep quality documentation and procedures clear and up to date
Guide and support the QA team in daily activities
Provide training and share knowledge on dairy products and quality requirements within the organisation
You have experience in food or dairy quality and understand how quality works in daily operations. You bring structure where needed, keep things practical, and work comfortably with different teams.
Strong experience with food safety and quality certifications such as BRC (or similar)
Experience with audits and certification processes
Able to work independently and take initiative
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good at building and maintaining relations
Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic
