Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team and processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards
Oversee internal audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in a Quality Assurance role within the aviation industry
In-depth knowledge of AOC
Proven experience managing audit processes and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Relevant qualification in aviation, engineering, or a related field
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
