Job Summary: The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the QA team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications within the insurance domain. This role involves developing and implementing QA strategies, managing testing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure software integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members to maintain high testing standards and deliver quality results.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
  • Define and implement automated and manual testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure smooth software development cycles.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing strategies. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with prior experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance software applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively Compensation & Benefits:
  • $120,000-165,000 dependent on experience Benefits include:
