QA Manager (Pharma)

About the Role

Our client 's looking for a QA Manager to oversee product quality and ensure compliance with GMP and international standards. You will lead the quality system, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve product releases for local and international markets.

• Lead GMP activities (validation, training, self-inspection, change control).

• Supervise GMP compliance and support cross-functional teams.

• Review and approve GMP-related documents.

• Handle audit results from regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA).

• Support ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Chemistry with license.

• 5+ years in QA or quality management (pharma experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GMP.

• Good leadership, communication & analytical skills.

• English proficiency required.
