Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing QA team across multiple delivery squads
Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices
Drive test automation and introduce modern, AI-assisted testing approaches
Ensure quality across integrations, platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Operations teams
Establish quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and release readiness
Remain hands-on in testing activities where required
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Manager leading teams across multiple delivery environments
Strong team leadership and people management experience
Solid background in software testing including functional, integration, and regression testing
Experience with test automation and CI/CD environments
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
Ability to define processes, implement structure, and drive accountability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
ISTQB certification preferred
Highly Advantageous
Experience in regulated environments
Exposure to AI-driven testing or automation tools
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and APIs
Performance, load, and security testing experience
