QA Manager- US (Remote)

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced and proactive QA Manager to lead the quality engineering efforts for our SaaS-based products. The ideal candidate will drive quality strategy and execution across our multi-tenant cloud platform, ensuring product reliability, performance, and scalability. You will lead a high-performing team of QA engineers (manual and automation), work closely with product and engineering teams(US and India), and play a critical role in delivering high-quality, secure, and stable releases to enterprise customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and best practices for SaaS environments. 

• Build and manage a team of QA engineers; mentor, guide, and grow talent across manual and automated testing. 

• Own the test lifecycle including test planning, case creation, execution, automation, and reporting. 

• Ensure robust test coverage for functional, performance, security, regression, and scalability aspects. 

• Champion test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration for faster and more reliable releases. 

• Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. 

• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts based on defects and incidents. 

• Establish and track key QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, release quality) to monitor product health. 

• Maintain quality standards across environments—staging, UAT, and production—through structured QA gates. 

• Stay updated on industry trends in SaaS QA tools, techniques, and standards, and bring innovation into the team. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

8+ years of professional experience in software testing across the complete SDLC. 

• Strong hands-on experience with automation and performance testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Gatling, Grinder). 

• Proficient in automated REST API testing. 

• Basic programming skills in PHP, Python, or Java. 

• Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL. 

• Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) development environment. 

• Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and/or Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
