QA/Test Lead - Workday ERP - state client experience is mandatory

Required Skills:

10+ years of QA/Test Lead experience

Experience with ERP implementations (Workday preferred)

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

Experience with SaaS applications and system integrations

Strong communication and leadership skill.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the test strategy and test plan

Lead system, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Create and manage test cases and test execution

Track and manage defects using Azure DevOps

Coordinate with business SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders

Support test automation and testing environments

Participate in cutover planning and go-live readiness
