- Ability to analyze requirements, design comprehensive test plans and cases, identify potential test scenarios
- Owns end-to-end test strategy across products(risk based test approach, quality KPIs).
- Strong with Agile/Scrum/SAFe; release & program increment planning.
- Requirements quality and testability reviews(user stories, acceptance criteria, DBB/Gherkin)
- Advanced test design techniques(boundary, pairwise, equivalence classes, model-based testing)
- Builds test plans per release/epic with entry/exit criteria and coverage targets
- Orchestrates system integration, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Drives testability reviews of requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintains end-to-end traceability(requirements - test cases - defects - evidence)
- Chooses appropriate test types per risk(functional, integration, E2E, regression, exploratory etc.)
- Contract testing, schema validation, backwards compatibility strategies
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), understanding of database schemas, relationships
- Test data preparation
- Test data management
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture principles and patterns
- Experience with testing microservices, including understanding service dependencies and isolation of services for testing
- Knowledge of REST principles and experience testing RESTful APIs
- Ability to test API endpoints using different tools
- Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, headers etc...
- English spoken / written
